PRIVACY POLICY

Angel King is a small, made-to-order clothing label. We collect the minimum we need to make your piece and get it to you. We do not run analytics, we do not use tracking pixels, we do not set advertising cookies, and we have never sold anyone's data.

Who we are

Angel King is a brand of Angel King LLC, a limited liability company registered in North Carolina, United States. Angel King LLC is the data controller for the information described in this policy. For anything covered here, contact info@angelking.clothing.

What we collect

When you place an order

• Your email address — to send you order updates and your payment link.
• Your country and state/region — a rough location only, so we can work out shipping before we ask you to pay. We do not ask for your street address at this stage.
• Your design choices — garment, size, colors, and any notes you write.
• The order amount.

When you pay

• Your full shipping address — collected by Stripe on their secure checkout page, then passed to us so we can ship your order. We only ever hold a full address for orders that were actually paid for.
• Your card details never touch our servers. Payment happens entirely on Stripe's hosted checkout. We never see, receive, or store your card number.

Server logs

Like any website, our server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp, browser user-agent). These are used for security and troubleshooting, and are rotated and deleted automatically.

Cookies

We do not set any cookies for customers. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking. The only cookie this site issues is a login session for the shop owner's private admin panel, which you will never receive.

Stripe may set its own cookies on its checkout page for fraud prevention. That happens on Stripe's domain, under Stripe's privacy policy.

Who we share it with

We use two service providers, and only for the purpose listed:

• Stripe — payment processing and shipping address collection. Stripe's privacy policy.
• Brevo — sending the transactional emails about your order (order received, payment link, receipt, cancellation). We do not send marketing email.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to build a profile of you. We will disclose information only if we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained for as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your information (see below), except where we are required to keep records of a completed sale.

Your choices

Email info@angelking.clothing and we will, within a reasonable time:

• tell you what information we hold about you;
• correct anything that's wrong;
• delete your information, where we are not legally required to keep it.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
