TERMS OF USE

These terms are between you and Angel King LLC, a limited liability company registered in North Carolina, United States ("Angel King", "we", "us"). By ordering from this site you agree to them. Questions: info@angelking.clothing.

Everything is made to order

Every Angel King piece is made by hand, to your specification, after you order it. Nothing is pulled off a shelf. Because each piece is dyed and finished individually, no two are identical — small variations in color placement, splatter, and gradient are inherent to the process and are not defects.

How ordering works

1. You place an order. Nothing is charged. We take your email, your design, and your country and region.
2. We confirm we can make it. We check the blank garment is available in your size.
3. We send you a payment link. If we can make it, you get a secure Stripe link with the final total, including any shipping or handling fee. This is the point at which the price becomes final.
4. You pay, we make it. Production begins after payment.

If we cannot source your blank, we tell you and you are not charged. Placing an order does not create a contract of sale — that happens only when you complete payment on the link we send.

Prices and fees

The total shown in your cart is an estimate of the garment price. A shipping or handling fee may be added when we send your payment link; it appears as its own line on the checkout page, so you see the full amount before you pay anything. Prices are in US dollars.

Payment links expire. If yours has expired, email us and we will send a fresh one.

Returns and refunds

Made-to-order pieces are final sale. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or regret about the colors or options you chose. Your piece is made for you and cannot be resold. Please check your size, colors, and options carefully before you pay — the payment link is the last point at which you can walk away at no cost.

That said, we will always make it right if we got it wrong. Contact us within 14 days of delivery if:

• the piece arrives damaged;
• the piece is faulty or defective;
• you received something materially different from what you ordered.

Email info@angelking.clothing with your order reference and photos, and we will arrange a repair, a remake, or a refund. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Shipping

We currently ship to the United States. Your shipping address is collected securely at payment. Because pieces are made to order, production time is in addition to transit time; we will keep you updated. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Colors on screen

Screens vary. The colors you pick in the customizer are our best representation, but the finished dye on fabric will not be a pixel-perfect match to your monitor. This is normal and is not grounds for a return.

Your account and conduct

Do not use this site to submit fraudulent orders, attempt to interfere with the site or its systems, or place orders using someone else's email address. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Our work

The Angel King name, logo, designs, images, and site content are the property of Angel King LLC. Buying a piece does not transfer any rights to reproduce the design commercially.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the liability of Angel King LLC for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date you place your order.
